Food quality excellent

Fish was quite greasy and a bit soggy. I would have liked it a wee bit crispier. But that's just my preference. But it was still nice. Chips were all great. However the pizza could have done with more topping!. It was really sparse!. But overall everyone enjoyed their meals.

The food is always delicious. Every time I order from this pizzeria, I'm impressed by the fresh ingredients and rich flavours. The delivery is always prompt, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. It's my go-to place for a cozy night in with amazing pizza. Highly recommend!

I ordered 2 pizzas online there was a glitch on the site or something because one of the pizza's was wrong I called to say so and to see if it could be rectified but I was refused and basically told it was my fault I asked if they could send me the correct pizza but I was told I would have to pay for another one and pay delivery again, This was a poor decision on the part of Franco's because they have now lost a customer I will never order from them again!! For all it would've cost the shop to send the correct pizza..buttons! I know for a fact it doesn't cost a great deal to make a pizza(they charge a fair amount though)but they put profit before customer service any other place would have taken a small hit to rectify the situation POOR SHOW FRANCO'S!!! I'm NOT going say DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Because the food is really good But beware if your order is wrong because it'll cost you another £16 to get right

I ordered my food and it said it would arrive at 19:50, then said it would be 20 more minutes....and I still didn't have it, I called again and your staff were saying another half hour. Busy or not, it should've been there by 20:00-20:10 at the latest, I called up again at 21:20 and I was told it was just getting made, said just cancel my order and refund me because by that point I had lost my appetite and instead my food arrived at 21:45! I don't live in Newmains, I live in Coltness but since my partner told me about Franco's you have been my go to chippy, your food has always been banging, but that service was shocking, especially as my dinner arrived 5 minutes before I was leaving to go to work.

Calzone was very nice, the half chicken supper was moist and delicious with crispy skin. Chips were perfect too.

Delivery driver is great, he is really a friendly guy. Very pleasant and always has a nice comment. Delivery is always quick and food is always so fresh.
