Fantastic food like always!

Order was 20 minutes earlier than expected

I had ordered a mini special fish supper when it arrived hardly any fish in the breadcrumbs and chips were not very warm delivery driver was lovely as I had put give me time too get too door as I am disabled

Seemed like dirty oil was used. Gave an "off" flavour to all the food. I could tell the food was cooked fresh because it was all nice and soft inside the batter, and tasted fresh but the colour of the batter was darker than it should be and you could tell the dirty oil taste. I will deffo use again but sadly this time I was disappointed.

The order was not correct and there was no answer to the phone despite repeated calls so no way to get in touch with the shop so resolution or refund. Very poor customer service. I don’t mind waiting an hour for the delivery if it’s for the correct order with the items requested!

The food is always delicious from Francos. Ive never yet been dissatisfied with any order. The service is always friendly and quick too. Would highly recommend Francos

Chicken kebab, salad and mayo was amazing!

ON THE WHOLE LOVELY ALTHOUGH THE PIZZA CRUNCH WAS QUITE DRY AND NOT VERY CHEESY.

Paid for a curry sauce and didn’t receive it

Ordered my meal, drinks and ice cream and twenty five minutes later I was eating the most delicious sausage supper! Food lovely and warm and ice cream still frozen. Happy to recommend Franco's home delivery service.

The haggis i normally get is the spicy slab one, not 1 like a sausage and there was only 1. Poor choice. Why did you change the haggis?

Fresh and quick delivery

Very easy to order online. Extensive menu to choose from. Delivery was very quick and food arrived piping hot and ice cream still frozen! Delivery man very polite and pleasant. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I had a really great experience ordering from Frankos recently. I ordered a pizza for my son and asked if it could be made medium done — exactly how he likes it — and they got it absolutely perfect. It was cooked just right. I also ordered fish for myself and it was honestly delicious, the kind that just melts in your mouth. I even called to double check the delivery time, and everything arrived perfectly on time. The lady on the phone was so friendly and helpful too. Great service and great food — 10/10 for both. We’ll definitely be ordering again! X

Food took an hour and 30 mins to arrive and we didn't get our cans of juice. Food was fresh when arrived but don't give a time if it's going to be later

Ordered via the app, order was being made up when I arrived. Food was fresh and tasted amazing. They got everything right with our order as well, everyone was happy with their meal.
